Equivalence assessments are work in progress, the purpose of which is to encourage an iterative process of feedback and update.  The assessments, when finalized, will be subject to Government validation.  The bases for the equivalence assessments shared on this website are the English versions of the respective country legal instruments as of the date stamped on each assessment. While ADB, DFAT, JICA and the World Bank maintain the site and aim to provide high quality content on the website, they do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of these materials and therefore will not be liable in any capacity for any damages or losses that may result from the use of these materials.
